INGREDIENTS

  • 350 g whole wheat flour
  • 50 g oats
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 cc sunflower oil
  • 300 g apple or 2 medium apples
  • 150 g whole cane sugar or white sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • cinnamon c / n

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Puree the apples and add the sugar (I used white sugar because I couldn't find whole cane sugar). Mix
  2. Then add the sunflower oil and eggs. Whisk until all the ingredients are well integrated.
  3. Add the oat and stir. Then add the whole wheat flour little by little together with the baking powder and cinnamon, mix well.
  4. Place the preparation in a muffins mold or liners baking cup until a little before the edge of it (it does not fill everything because it grows during cooking). Bake at 180 degrees for 30/40 minutes or until a toothpick is inserted and comes out dry.

NOTES

With this recipe you will get 12 large muffins.
