- 400 g / 14,10 oz / 2 ¾ cups peaches
- 250 g / 8,81 oz / 1 ½ cup whole cane sugar
- 150 g / 5,29 oz / 3/4 cup butter
- 350 g / 13,34 / 2 ¾ cups whole wheat flour
- 15 g / 1 tsp baking powder
- 3 eggs
- 150 ml / 3/4 cup water or milk

- Place the preparation in a large bowl and gradually add the flour together with the baking powder.
- Put all the preparation in a large loaf bread mold . Bake at minimum temperature (356 °F) for approximately 40 minutes-1 hour or until we insert a toothpick and it comes out dry.
